Circular No. 08/2025/2026 Reminder on Enrolment and Registration (20/04/2026)
Reference is made to the Revised Academic Calendar for Semester II 2025/2026; in which timelines for enrolment and registration were provided.
All students are, hereby, reminded:
1. That the deadline for enrolment was on March 8, 2026 and that for Normal Registration was April 5, 2026.
2. To complete all payment and registration processes by May 5,2026.
3. To pick Examination Permits from the Faculty/Institute/Campus Assistant Academic
Registrars not later than May 10, 2026
4. That from May 11, 2026 to May 31, 2026, access to university facilities and services will be restricted to the students with both Registration and Examination Permits.
Please treat this communication with the attention it deserves to avoid inconveniences during the conduct of Semester II 2025/2026 examinations scheduled from May 18, 2026 to May 31, 2026.
