Inter-University Council for East Africa Visited Gulu University
A team from the Inter-University Council for East Africa (IUCEA) led by Executive Secretary Prof. Gaspard Banyankimbona on the 26th, March 2025 paid a courtesy call to Gulu University and they were received by Gulu University Deputy Vice-Chancellor Prof. David Okello Owiny and some members of management.
