Gulu University Vice Chancellor meets the University of Oslo President

Gulu University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Openjuru George Ladaah on Monday, 4th March 2024, accompanied by members of top management met the President of the University of Oslo, Prof. Svein Stolen, and his delegation exploring possible collaboration towards Refugee livelihood and educational empowerment.
