The Academic Registrar, Gulu University, invites applications, under the Higher Education Access Certificate Entry Scheme, from candidates who successfully completed Higher Education Access Certificate (HEAC) Programmes offered by Gulu University and would like to transition to Degree programmes, Applications under the scheme will open from July 27, 2026 to August 2, 2026, Applicants must fill and submit the application form online accessible on https:llapply.gu.ac.ug or www.gu.ac.ug

Is it true that only their HEAC members should apply ? Because I was told they don’t admit people from other universities only it’s students
Have really loved the speed of information delivery on time it’s so excellent
I have successfully completed my Higher Education Certificate ( HEAC) at Muni University and got a total CGPA of 3.02 but unfortunately the course that I would like to do is not there at Muni University where I completed my HEAC . Therefore I would like to apply at Gulu university for a course of bachelor of education in Arts.
