Can I do higher education access certificate economics and mathematics at Gulu university??
I completed HEAC last year in May, but from another university. Am I supposed to also apply now for bachelors?

Are the HEAC vacist who already have academic documents at hand also using the same application portal as S.6 vacist.

I sat S.6 last year with BAM combination and i attained one principal pass in mathematics with subsidiary passes in biology and agriculture and i passed subsidiary general paper and subsidiary ict as well. Do you have diploma courses in secondary education so that after i can go for bachelors or do i qualify for HEAC program because in O’ level i have pass 7 in biology and i didn’t offer agriculture at O level?
