I completed HEAC last year in May, but from another university. Am I supposed to also apply now for bachelors?

You are ligible to apply for Bachelors with your Heac CERTIFICATE.
Are the HEAC vacist who already have academic documents at hand also using the same application portal as S.6 vacist.
Can I apply for heac in mathematics
