COL Partnership with Gulu University
The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) partnering with Gulu University Gender Mainstreaming Unit, and Department of Open Distance Electronic and Lifelong Learning (ODELL), to building capacity outside of TVET through curated micro-courses for community education.
