Department of Food Science and Post-Harvest Technology

This department offers teaching, research and outreach in the areas of food processing and preservation, food engineering, food packing and packaging, human and community nutrition, sanitation and food waste management amongst others. The department hosts the BSc in Food Bioscience and Agribusiness, and MSc in Food Security and Community Nutrition.
