Orace Tom David

Assistant Lecturer


Orace Tom David, PhD Candidate at Kyambogo University. He is Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Foundations of Education, Faculty of Education and Humanities for the last 6 years. He is acting Head of Department. He lectures in the area of Economics and Sociology of Education for undergraduates and post graduates.
He is an early career researcher with immersed quality in qualitative research in different fields ranging from medical to social sciences at national and local levels. He has supervised both undergraduate and post graduate students in research and school practice.
He has participated and accumulated experience in education curriculum design, review and development.
He has won a PhD completion grant from BSU 4th Phase 2024.
Orace is also a dedicated and passionate individual with a strong interest in social justice and child protection and using education as a lens at all times. With a deep commitment to creating positive change in his community.
