
Joachim Bongomin
Lecturer
Joachim Bongomin holds a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering both from Makerere University. He worked with humanitarian organization focusing on food availability for displaced persons in northern Uganda. He has also been a member of IsraAID team that created employment to unemployed youth on water management technologies.
Joachim has keen interest in research fields related to Hydrology and Climate Change. Currently, he is a PhD student of Agricultural and Applied Biosciences of Gulu University. His field of research focuses on Groundwater management in Tochi Watershed in Northern Uganda.
Joachim holds 11years work experience with Gulu Univeristy rising from the rank of Teaching Assistant in 2010 to Lecturer in 2012.
