A community-based healthcare outreach and health education initiative implemented across districts in Northern Uganda including Gulu, Amuru, and Nwoya. The project focused on improving access to basic healthcare services, community sensitization, preventive health education, disease screening, and strengthening health awareness among underserved rural populations.
