Tumusiime Emmanuel T is a second-year student pursuing Bachelor’s in Development Management at Faculty of Business and Development Studies, Gulu University. He hails from Ntoroko district and has exhibited true leadership values in the various positions he has transitioned throughout his academic milestone.
