Kato is a 5th year medical student and GRC faculty of Medicine. He also doubles as and cabinet Health minister. He is a proud Christian and Rotaract or who values integrity and service to others with an aim of putting a smile on another face. He is also a mental health advocate who strives to make a mark on the world today by emphasizing for positive and open mind-sets among the young population.
