Dr Ceasar is a highly skilled Otorhinolaryngologist and a Lecturer who is providing specialized Ear, Nose and Throat Surgical training to undergraduate medical students at Gulu Regional Referral and Lacor Hospitals which are the teaching hospitals of Gulu University. He’s participatory in curriculum development, research, assessment and academic program reviews.
Additionally, He’s compassionated and dedicated to provide evidence-based Ear, Nose & Throat care to the communities of Northern Uganda and her neighboring areas.
