Omony Joe holds a Bachelors Degree in Development Studies of Gulu University. He has attained a certificate in Rural Sustainable Development and Environment Protection from Agriculture Management Institute 2018 Beijing (China), and Certificate in Rural Development as well from Agricultural Management Institute 2018 Beijing (China). He holds Certificate in Fleet Management Improvement from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) 2019. Joe attained Leadership skills certificate in; Finance Games Union Gulu University – 2012 to 2013 Certificate of Merit, Chairperson Games Union Gulu University – 2016 to 2017 Certificate of Merit, Post Graduate Representative to Guild Government 2019 to 2020. He served in the Dean of Students Department as an Administrative Assistant from 2020-2022 and currently serves as an Administrative Officer. He is honest, results-oriented and highly motivated to achieve the University Mission.
