Mr. Omiat Lawrence holds a Bachelor’s in Library and Information Science of Islamic University In Uganda Mbale Main Campus. He was a lecturer of Records and Information Management at Uganda College of Commerce Pakwach from 2018-2021 while at Uganda College of Commerce he also participated at Curriculum Development workshop at Shimoni PTC (2019).
Lawrence joined Gulu University as Librarian ii in May 2021 which is currently Library Assistant and was posted to Head Faculty of Agriculture and Environment Library. Mr. Omiat is so passionate about the dissemination of information and other Library services to support research and innovation at Gulu University
