Okullo Deogratious

Okullo Deogratious holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from Gulu University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management from Gulu University and a Certificate in Administrative law from Lumards Institute of Management Studies, Kikoni-Kampala. Apparently he is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from Gulu University. He is a debater. Passionate about seeing hygiene in leadership.Grounded on the key principles of courage, composure and getting things done, right.
