Oballim Christopher

Mr Obalim Christopher is the current deputy University Secretary of Gulu University. Before Joining Gulu University in 2016, he had served a long-term educational career in the capacity of District Education Officer in Lamwo district from 2010 to 2016 having taught in various schools in the country.

He holds a Masters of Educational planning management and Administration of Gulu University, Bachelor of Science with Education of Makerere University, post graduate Diploma in public Administration of Uganda Management Institute, certificate in Administrative Law of Uganda Law Development Centre As Deputy University Secretary, Mr Obalim is the head of central administration in the University among other duties and responsibilities.
