Mr. Loyolah Richard serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Development Studies within the Faculty of Business and Development Studies. His academic career commenced in March 2021 as a part-time Graduate Trainee, leading to his appointment as a full-time Assistant Lecturer in March 2025. He possesses a Master’s degree in Development Studies from Gulu University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business and Management at the same institution.
In his role, Mr. Richard is deeply engaged in both teaching and the supervision of undergraduate and master’s research endeavors. He has actively participated in various academic seminars and conferences, contributing significantly to the discourse on development studies. His research interests are centered on sustainable development, enhancing research capacity, and advocating for evidence-based methodologies in business and development management.
