Francis Muzaale

Lecturer


Dr. Francis Muzaale is a 52-year-old Ugandan male born on 1st January 1974. He is a Catholic, married, and a devoted husband and father of four children. He currently serves as a Lecturer of Medical Physiology at the Faculty of Medicine, Gulu University, with over 21 years of professional teaching experience in health sciences education.

Dr. Muzaale is a dedicated and highly motivated physiology lecturer with a strong background in both medical physiology and veterinary sciences. He has extensive experience teaching undergraduate students in medical programs. His professional expertise includes competency-based education and training, curriculum development, academic mentorship, and assessment design in physiology and pathophysiology. He possesses broad knowledge in human and veterinary physiology, including cellular physiology, cardiovascular physiology, respiration, gastrointestinal tract physiology, neurophysiology, endocrinology, renal, body fluid and electrolyte balance.
