ENGESU SILAS PAUL is a third year student pusuring a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture under the faculty of agriculture and environment. He serves as the Games chairperson in the 24th guild government of Gulu university, demonstrating to student welfare and community engagement.
Beyond university sports leadership, Silas is an accomplished sportsman and football administrator. He serves as a FUFA Delegate for women football representing the FUFA Northeast Region (TESO, KARAMOJA, SEBEI), and holds both a FAMACO football administration license and a CAF coaching License besides being a football academy proprietor. His passion lies in the talent identification, grassroots development, and promoting sports as a tool for youth empowerment and social change.
