Byaruhanga Samuel is a second year student doing his Bachelors degree in Development management at the faculty of Business and development studies, Gulu University. He serves as the GRC for people with disabilities and at the same time the state minister for people with disabilities at Gulu University. Is a principled, dedicated and most lovely, empathetic man ready to serve his people in any situation
