Mr. Apello Emmy, holds a Bachelor of Library and Information Science from Islamic University in Uganda obtained in 2024, Diploma in Library and information Science from Fountainhead Institute of Management and Technology in 2017 and Certificate in Records and Information Management from Busoga University in 2015.
Gained two years of work experience with Lira Secondary School as a School Librarian and later joined Gulu University in 2021 as a Library Clerk and currently he is Head Law Library, Gulu University library.
