ANGWECH DESIRE SYLVIA is a third year student of public health at faculty of medicine Gulu university. She serves as the GRC women representative and the student representative to the council Gulu University. As an altruistic, passionate, dedicated and zealous young women, Desire utilizes her voice, leadership, and compassion to make a positive impact on the campus community.
