Ambrose Toolit Dbins is a final-year Doctoral candidate at the Institute of Peace, Security and Strategic Studies, Gulu University. He holds a Master of International Development from Kimmage Development Study Centre (Dublin, Ireland), and a Postgraduate Diploma and a Bachelor of Adult and Community Education from Makerere University. With over 25 years of experience, he is an expert in managing international development programs for NGOs and the United Nations in more than 10 countries. His expertise includes development programming and project management, with a focus on rural development, natural resource use, and small armed conflicts. He also serves as the Chairperson of the Ad hoc Technical, Planning and Development Committee for Gulu University Constituent College Moroto.
