Description

Partnerships for Enhanced and Blended Learning (PEBL) involving six East African Universities, a DFID Funded project entitled, Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education Innovation and Reform (SPHEIR). Approximately £2M, three-year grant project commenced in July 2017.
