Gulu Archbishop Visited Gulu University.
Gulu University was blessed to have received His Grace Raphael Pa’mony Wokorach, the Archbishop of Gulu Archdiocese on March,19th 2025.
He held a mass at St Peter’s Church where Gulu University Catholic Community attends Sunday services.
At the End of the service, the Vice Chancellor of Gulu University, Prof Openjuru, George Ladaah welcomed the new Chaplain, Dr. Fr. Lawrence Kyaligonza to the Gulu University community and pledged to offer him an appointment as a Lecture at Gulu University.
“We have been praying for a chaplain with a PhD, Fr. Dr. Lawrence Kyaligonza brings us a wealth of experience, Fr. Kyaligonza must be on our Payroll, preparing not only for spiritual work but also for a hot Academic work at Gulu University; we look forward to benefiting from your wisdom and spiritual leadership.” Prof. Openjuru announced.
The Archbishop after celebrating the St Joseph’s Feast Day at St Peter’s Church paid a courtesy call on Prof. Openjuru in his office at Gulu University main administration block.
