Objective of the Memorial Lecture:
To stimulate intellectual activism by exploring Prof. Peter Jarvis’s concepts of agency and the learning market in the context of Eastern Africa’s adult and lifelong learning policy and financing priorities amidst rising geopolitics, and associated education aid shifts.
The public lecture will be contextually grounded in the sub-Saharan adult education
landscape.
