Gulu University Circular 1 2025_2026 (Admission Letters for Government - National Merit)

The Academic Registrar informs all persons admitted on Government Sposorsip (national Merit) for Academic Year 2025/2026 that admission letters are ready for collection effective Monday June 16, 2025, from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, from the Admissions Office, Department of the Academic Registrar, Gulu University.

You are required to come along with the following:
1. Original UCE and UACE Result slips.
2. Identity Card from your previous school.

Note that the admissions letter should be collected by the admitted persons and not third parties.
