Circular 11/2024/2025 – Use of Registration Cards to Access University Facilities and Services
CircularAttention Gulu University Students!
All students are once again reminded that:
1. The deadline for registration is Sunday November 10th, 2024; starting Monday November 11th, 2024, access to University facilities and services will be by use of Registration Cards.
2. To accommodate a few students who have had challenges with enrolment, the deadline for enrolment has been extended to Saturday November 9th, 2024. Use of Enrolment Cards to access facilities and services will cease on Sunday November 10th, 2024.
Please treat this communication with the urgency it deserves to avoid any inconveniences.
To ensure seamless access to university facilities and services, please remember to carry your Registration Cards at all times.
