Applicants who applied for this scheme can now check their admission status by downloading the List.

The list includes the names of candidates who have been successfully admitted under the Direct Entry, HEAC Programmes & Affirmative Action for Disadvantaged Schools to Gulu University.

Find attached the admission lists, as approved by the Admissions Board at its 75th meeting held on July 10, 2025, for the following entry schemes:
1. Direct Entry Scheme (Private Sponsorship), 2024/2025.
2. Affirmative Action Admissions for Disadvantaged Schools in the Host Subregion, 2024/2025.
3. Higher Education Access Certificate Programme 2024/2025.
