Hon Olwenyi Simon Peter is a third-year student from the faculty of law Gulu University pursing Bachelors in Laws and a proud Ugandan by nationality and a Japadhola by tribe.
Hon Simon started his leadership carrier right away from primary school, serving as the Health Prefect when in primary five and Asst. Head boy in primary seven. He loves politics and this has always made him engage in the affairs of his community. Hon Olwenyi is a GRC representing students from the Faculty of Law and also serving as the state minister for National and Foreign Affairs in the 22nd Guild Government.
Hon Simon did not focus much in leadership when he joined secondary school because he lost self-esteem owing to the new environment. He only joined secondary leadership in his Senior three and has since served in various positions such as the Chief Magistrate in his A ‘level , class representative in his year one and two , speaker of the GAUSA (An association that brings together students for Gulu university from P’adhola, in Tororo, President of FDC Gulu University Chapter, His dream is to become a great politician and leader in the world.
