Oyuku Walter

Walter Oyuku is a seasoned hardworking procurement professional with invaluable experience in both public and donor funded procurements spanning over a period of over 14 years. Walter has experience in the Construction, Agriculture and Education Sectors. Walter is a Procurement Professional certified by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS UK) and Institute of Procurement Professionals of Uganda (IPPU). He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), MSc. Procurement and Supply Chain Management (MSc.PSCM) and Bachelors of International Business (BIB) all from Makerere University.
