Ms Okwir Pamela Peace is the Deputy Dean of Students at Gulu University. She is a teacher by profession, a senior Educator, and a Researcher in Education Management. She worked as a teacher for over fifteen years in secondary schools in Uganda before joining Gulu University.
In 2016, she joined Laroo SS in Gulu City as a Deputy Head Teacher, where she worked until January 2021, when she was promoted to Head Teacher position in the same school. She also worked as a part-time lecturer at Gulu University Faculty of Education and Humanities, Department of Education Management, from 2018 to March 2024. Ms Okwir holds a Master of Education in Educational Management from Gulu University, a Bachelor of Arts with Education from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, and several other short course certificates.
