Hon Odaan Emmanuel, is a student from the Faculty of Law pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Laws. He represents the Students from Faculty of Law as a Guild Representative Council. A soft spoken, kind yet very strong young man, Richard’s experience and study in Gulu has seen him serve in various positions at Faculty Level, most notably as the Vice Moot Chairperson, Mobilizer for Barefoot Law. However, this leadership did not start from Gulu University, He was a Deputy Chief Justice during his High School days.
Hon Odaan is a highly motivated person with the zeal to become a reliable, trustworthy, efficient person who is enthusiastic about success of a task at hand with his own initiative or through leading and coordinating with others through team work. Hon Odaan possess good communication skills particularly public speaking and writing, which is why he has served in the various roles successfully.
