Hon Justin, is one of the most senior members in the 22nd Guild House. He is Graduate student in the faculty of Education and Humanities and was elected as a GRC, for Graduate Students. A very contented leader with a lot of personal achievements in his leadership, Justin is passionate about helping people who have always trusted him to lead them through out his leadership journey. He is the current Cabinet Minister for Culture and Social Affairs in the 22nd Guild Government.
Hon Justin is a former contestant for the District Local Council five position in Kitgum district. He was a GRC in 2018/2019, Gulu University during his undergraduate, Games and Sports Prefect as well as a Rugby Coach for Kitgum Comprehensive College, Health Minister, Manafwa High School in Mbale (now Mbale City), and Head Prefect Acholi Bur Primary School in Pader district.
