Tabo is currently a lecturer at the Department of Computer Science at Gulu University. He holds a PhD in user-centred innovation, learning and design from Aalborg University, Denmark and a Master of Science in Computer Science (CIS) from Makerere University, Uganda. In addition to teaching and research obligations, he is active in outreach activities, grants writing and management. His involvement in research activities extents over a decade working in many research and development projects within higher education.
