Cakuru Christine

Cakuru Christine is the Principal Human Resource Officer, and she is currently heading the
Human Resource Management Team. She joined Gulu University in December 2014, as a Senior Human Resource Officer after serving in Arua District Local Government for twelve years, in various capacities, including Community Development Officer, Acting Sub County Chief and Human Resource Officer. She holds Master of Human Resource Management of Makerere University, Post Graduate Diploma in Governance Democratization and Public Policy of Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands, Certificate in Administrative Law, of Law Development Centre, Kampala, Uganda and Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences of Makerere University. Her career goal is to become a Human Resource Management Practitioner of repute, through engaging in continuous learning, knowledge sharing, critical thinking, and decisive judgment, to meet the ever changing human resource management needs.
