Mr. Byaruhanga Patrick is an Accountant attached to the Financial Accountability and Reporting Unit. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) holding a Certificate of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (CPA-U), a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Makerere University-Kampala Uganda. Currently he has enrolled for a Master’s degree program in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) at Gulu University. He has more than seven years of work experience in accountancy in higher education.
