Hon Apio Caroline is a fourth year student of Gulu university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Laws. Hon Caro (as she likes it), hails from the district of Apac in lango sub-region, and stays in Layibi, one of the Divisions in Gulu City. Hey passion for leadership led her from a mere school going girl to an element of change, starting as a class monitress, to Assistant Head girl, a Head Girl and more. Leading in all spheres to mention the least, from church and in the community.
Hon Caro believes that, leadership natures, by way of inspiration to others a leader is none but a dealer in hope, and one who is a great leader takes the people where they ought to be, not where they want to be. According to her, leadership is a different kind of pressure that builds within someone, making them even without a position or a name, LEAD.
