Aleni Florence Gay

Lecturer


Aleni Florence Gay is a full-time lecturer in Faculty of Business and Development Studies, in the Department of Public Administration and Management. She holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration and majored in Management Discipline. She also has second class honors Postgraduate Diplomas in Financial Management and Education respectively. She has two undergraduate degrees in Business Education and Secretarial Studies and Office Management, (all 2nd Upper). She has vast experience in teaching the following courses: Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Skills and Shorthand. Currently Florence is pursuing PhD in Human Resource Management at Nkumba University.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, undergraduate degrees in Business Education and Secretarial Studies and Office Management.
