To accommodate a few students who have had challenges with enrolment, the deadline for enrolment has been extended to Saturday November 9, 2024. Use of Enrolment Cards to access facilities and services will cease on Sunday November 10, 2024.

Gulu University has set the late registration period for students from October 14th, 2024 to November 10th, 2024. This allows students who missed the normal registration period to enroll in their courses. For more details, refer to the Gulu University Year Planner 2024/2025
