Extension of Applications for the Special Mature Age Entry Examinations 2024/2025
Academic Calendar Event Admission Lists Call for Applications CircularThe Academic Regstrar, Gulu University, announces that the applications for the Mature Age Entry Examinations for 2024/2025 Academic Year for the Bachelors of Education (Primary) and Bachelor of Public Administration and Management to be held at Gulu University Kotido Campus has been extended to 30th June, 2024 and examinations will be done on 13th July, 2024.
To be eligible for the Mature Age Entry Examinations the candidate must be at least 25 years old at the time of sitting the examinations and will be required to show proof of age based on thevalid documents like Birth Certificate and/ or National Identity Card
Applicants for the Bachelor of Education (Primary) MUST attach copies of their Grade III certificates with file name in the format Surname_Grade III (e.g. Okello_Grade II), through the application portal, while filling and submitting the form.
Applicants must fill and submit the application form online accessible on http://apply.gu.ac.ug or www.gu.ac.ug. On submitting the form online, print out the payslip and pay a non-refundable application fee of UGX. 100,000 for East Africans and UGX. 200,000 for international applicants plus the bank charges in any bank branch integrated with Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) system
Shortlisted candidstes for the Mature Age Entry Examination will be notified through email, sms, the University website: www.gu.ac.ug and Notice Boards by 6th July 2024
